Let yourself go in the wonderfully harmonious atmosphere of our sanctuary - you will forget everything around you and find sensual relaxation. The adjoining relaxation room offers cosy loungers to relax on.

Sauna

In our sauna area, you can work up a sweat in the most pleasant way. After your sauna sessions, you will experience the unique pleasure of completely relaxed muscles. The sauna area is open from 12:00 - 21:00.

Please let us know 1 hour before your planned sauna visit so that we can heat up the sauna.

Abhyanga means ‘great oiling with loving hands’ in ancient Indian. During this massage, you are pampered from head to toe with high-quality, warm oils. Different grips and careful strokes ensure calming and deep relaxation as well as vitalising and strengthening the body.

honey massage

The honey massage is performed using a tapping and pinching technique with warm organic blossom honey and alkaline salt on the back to draw out toxins and waste products and release muscle blockages. It promotes blood circulation and has a purifying and relaxing effect. Followed by a back massage in the remaining time.

fascia massage

We treat the connective tissue using a manual bamboo stick technique to loosen adhesions and hardened areas. We use slow, deep strokes and rolling movements to improve blood circulation and nutrient supply to the fasciae and relieve pain and tension. This is not a wellness massage!
