SAT NAM! Kundalini yoga awakens the energy within you and combines physical asanas with relaxation and meditation.
It is about striking a good balance between tension/movement and relaxation/focus. This weekend's theme is ‘Relaxed and upright into the new year’ and combines mindful Kundalini yoga sets, relaxation and meditation with the sensitive application of osteopathy, especially in the neck and throat area. Both areas of application complement each other and help you to remain focused and flexible in your everyday life.
The sessions are supported by balanced communal meals that are good for both body and mind. A weekend to relax, unwind, recharge your batteries and explore Kundalini yoga and osteopathy with nice people.
You will be guided by certified Kundalini yoga teacher Markus Alexander Reinhold and osteopath Dr Ariane Lorenz.

Pilates is a holistic health workout that strengthens our core and relieves pressure on our joints and spine, for example. We also train our entire fascial tissue, which is also known as our 6th sense.
We will enjoy the diversity of Pilates training, namely relaxing moments alongside fascia training and strengthening sequences. We breathe consciously, flood every cell with oxygen and switch off from everyday life. We also take a look at our acid-base balance and discover how we can keep it in balance and gently detoxify on a daily basis.
The weekend is also suitable for beginners and almost every fitness level.
There is no intensive detox planned for this weekend. The main focus will be on tips on how we can support our wonderful body in its daily work and thus take precautions.
