Do something good for yourself!
SAT NAM! Kundalini Yoga awakens the energy in you and combines body-oriented asanas with relaxation and meditation.
The aim is to achieve a good balance between tension/movement and relaxation/focus.
The individual asanas are supported by Pranajama
(targeted breath control).
While in the morning the focus is more on awakening life energy and body work, in the late afternoon and evening we will end the day with extended relaxation and meditation!
The Kundalini yoga sessions are supported by well-balanced meals together, which are based on Ayurvedic cuisine and are equally good for body and mind.
A weekend to relax, unwind, find yourself and follow in the footsteps of Kundalini yoga with friendly people.

17.00-18.00: Yoga session: “PRANA and APANA- awaken the life energy in you”.
